We listen, act, and transform
There is a difference between understanding yourself and truly feeling connected to who you are. Perhaps you've spent years navigating life with strength and self-awareness, yet find yourself repeating familiar patterns, questioning your relationships, or carrying emotions you struggle to put into words. You may know why you feel the way you do but still wonder why meaningful change feels so difficult. Therapy offers an opportunity to look beneath the surface and explore the parts of yourself that have remained unseen, unspoken, or misunderstood.
My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the complexity of each individual's inner world. I offer a thoughtful, steady space where vulnerability is never rushed, silence has meaning, emotions are welcomed, and laughter can coexist with deeper reflection.
Rather than prescribing a path toward change, I invite you to cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself—one grounded in awareness, self-trust, and personal agency. Together, we can question inherited narratives & beliefs, make space for conflicting parts of yourself, and begin moving through life with greater clarity, courage, and authenticity.
Rooted in psychodynamic and person-centered perspectives, I weave in elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our work goes beyond surface-level symptoms to uncover hidden patterns, understand the parts of yourself that feel at odds, and explore what lies beneath.
